About the Company
Resmonics AG is a spin-off from ETH Zurich founded in 2020. We are a pioneer in the field of acoustic artificial intelligence for lung diseases with the mission to stop lung diseases from progressing and spreading. Our first product, ResGuard Med™, is a CE-certified medical software that enables clinical-grade respiratory symptom monitoring via a smartphone’s built-in microphone. One year after market launch, the product is being used internationally by thousands of users in Switzerland, Finland, China, and New Zealand. Our second product is the novel revolutionary device “Quorum” - the world's first respiratory infection warning system for indoor spaces. For the very first time, hospitals and companies can now safeguard their invaluable workforce from respiratory infections right within the workplace, with precision and immediacy. We are expanding our team to bring Quorum to market.
About the Role
During your internship at Resmonics, you will support the CEO and CCO in developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for a novel product stream. You will also be involved in marketing and fundraising. Your tasks will contain, but not be limited to:
Understand and analyze the market for a novel product stream
Identify, research, and organize discovery interviews with different customer groups
Create and design the materials needed for discovery interviews
Derive product requirements and features based on market research and discovery interviews
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new customer prospects
Summarize your findings in oral and written presentations for the management team
Requirements
Following skills are a plus to be considered for the internship:
High intrinsic motivation to work in an entrepreneurial environment (prior startup experience is not required, but appreciated)
An organized & independent working style and an ownership mentality
Very good communication and language skills in German and English
First work experience in a relevant industry (e.g., a completed internship or student job in management consulting, startup, health care company, or university)
Strong execution skills in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., business, marketing, or similar) with a convincing academic track record
Willing and able to work in Zurich, Switzerland or Munich, Germany
